These are various professionals, medical and non, offering public comments to the FDA panel. Just for reference and to connect the dots, the guy that says this specific part is Steve Kirsch. He's the guy sitting in with Bret Weinstein and Dr. Robert Malone in this podcast for those that have seen it.
