I can't imagine a scenario where Twitter is still going to be around post-tribunal, especially considering how some of these social media sites were knowingly used for mega illegal activities.
All social media will be regulated as if they are public utilities - if they are still around, their section 230 protection will be removed so they can be sued for censoring anything that is not illegal.

The mega tech spy platforms will be public utiliies. He will have his account back if he wants it back, but in my opinion it served its purpose.
He will be able to speak freely to the people without a corrupt media spinning everything he says when this is done.
