What if HCQ, Ivermectin, etc. are powerful enough to cure whatever negative side effects come with the vaccine?

I have heard that Ivermectin attaches to the spike protein and allows it to be excreted out of the body.

I hope that is true, however, based on my understanding (Dr Vernon Coleman) of the vaccine, the negative side effects are permanent and deadly.
