That's how Viet Nam protests worked. I've read that the Kent State incident was instigated by Soviet operatives. Of course now we have equivalent to Soviet operatives working in our own government!

I had a teacher in high school who was at Kent State when that happened. She was very annoyed by the girl that was shot. At the time I couldn’t understand her issue... now I do.
