Amazon is absolutely tracking everything you purchase there, and collating that information with everything else they can learn about you. They have AI analyzing your psyche, to recognize subtle patterns you follow that you don't even realize yourself. They are comparing and contrasting this data with other people's data, similar and dissimilar, to gain not only knowledge about you; but also the ability to manipulate you into decisions or inspirations. They will work with tyrants, and hand over the keys to your mind to politicians and law enforcement. With enough data, they will calculate your resistance, and your reaction, and ensure you still arrive at the conclusion they've assigned; not just for purchases, either. They have the infrastructure to do this for everyone on planet Earth, and even their crude efforts so far have made them the #1 retailer ever. Imagine if they're allowed to grow and become more sophisticated than what we've already seen. They have to be rejected - by the people - for being too big, too ambitious, too sinister, too dangerous. When computing is turned against you on the scale they are applying it, it's not just Capitalism anymore. It becomes another way you can pay to purchase your own enslavement.
