When I was 3-4 years old I sucked chocolate milk out of the carpet in our home.
My mother had white berber thick pile carpet and I sucked a whole cup of choco milk out of it.
This carpet had been in the house when we purchased it, so there were previous unknown owners and we have lived there for at least 2 years.
I made sure to get it ALL out because I didn't want to get in trouble. So imagine how much liquid I had to drink that came out of that carpet.
No ill effects afterwards.
I have never had the flu, been pretty healthy all my life, mother calls me a half breed (German and Spanish), had the coof for about a week and am fine.
To this day, I attribute my strong immune system to that fateful day and a date with a carpet.
Immune systems are more complicated than that. There are many things that can effect them. C sections vs normal births are argued to be a big factor, in addition to things such as playing in the dirt and being exposed to germs as a child.

Natural immunity is the strongest.
Please tell me your nickname is "Rug Muncher".
^5
I wasn't munchin the rug, I was sucking it. There is a big difference. :)
Needless to say, I have not really shared that story with anyone. Not even my mother. Not something you use as a convo starter.
Likely, I inoculated myself against just about anything or at the very least built a super strong immune system.
I wanted to support the OP comment that children's immune systems are pretty strong.
This is hilarious, I can picture it happening. 😂
U never had the coov if you never had the jab.

LoL, I used to suck on pennies because I liked the zinc fast of them...
