Or not.

Quite often people build up these habbenings like it will be this huge explosion of freedom and vindication. So far, it never has been. The media will either ignore it, or just mention it and dismiss it as a nothingburger.

I'm not saying these are not important, or that we are losing. But I keep my own expectations low, and have managed to avoid many disappointments that way.
