The things anyone can get which seem to be mentioned most often are Vitamins D3/K2, B3, and C, not in mega doses but high side daily doses; zinc; quercetin or HCQ; and a blood thinner. There are lots of things that are "blood thinners" and they stack so be careful taking more than one. Low dose aspirin is ubiquitous. Speaking of which, no one mentions ubiquinol, but it is heart protective. Coenzyme Q10 is its precursor and not perhaps as effective.
