I work at a VA. We have 9 covid patients but only 10 beds for covid patients. Wtf.
We are understaffed at the main hospital and 6 other small locations by nearly 1000. You read that right.... 1000 people. Not all medical, but you need more than just medical for a hospital to function. Only 15% of the hospital system is unvaxxed, but If they leave? I don't see how it functions.
My daughter works at a hospital and i agree understaffing is the biggest problem and people going out because they themselves or someone in their family test positive for Covid
