They want you to comply. I don't think they want to "force" the vaccine because their religion needs you to voluntarily comply. By force I mean tie you down and inject you. They may "force" you by making your life miserable unless you comply.
Their same religion forces them to use symbolism. You voluntarily comply when you see their symbolism and still get involved in whatever they are doing.
