I think they just want to sterilize the population and don’t really care if they are found out. They could just say “oops, it was an honest mistake” and move on. Meanwhile everyone is permanently sterile so what does it matter to them how mad people get? It wouldn’t reverse the sterilization.

This might also explain their inexplicable rush to get people injected. If the birth rates plummet, will the gig be up?
