Hearing is over. Not encouraging at this point, I thought? Maybe someone will have time to write up a summary? Basically delayed another month until lawyer for GA SOS and GBI responds with request to their investigation progress/timelines.
Amero did push her to respond with possible actions that could be taken that will help him satisfy what the plaintiffs are fighting for.
Oh, that info is new to me. So are the plaintiffs also True the Vote folks? I thought that group had been around longer than True the Vote, which I think started around the Tea Party days? Englebrecht’s address to Congress about what happened to their family businesses was outstanding, for those that don’t know. (She founded True The Vote after seeing blatant fraud in Houston, IIRC)
I am trying to work while paying attention - but am missing a lot. I thought the same thing? I think this is the same judge that has been granting access to ballots all along? I joined late so didn’t catch his name.
Now he’s talking about “stay” until AG and GBI weigh in with a report? <Sigh>
At a break. Amero seems perplexed that GBI and GA elections do not appear to be doing anything BUT he may be using that to delay further. 'Why not do a stay until we find out what they are doing'? That could delay getting to the ballots for months or even years.

Is it just me or is this not going so well? Law 101 injury for remedy. And they can't get to the point of the injury? Ffs!

Yup. 20 day delay at least. Judge Amero.
