Remember the scene in the movie The Hobbit when Gandalf is trying to rescue Thror from Dol Guldar, and Sauron was swarming Gandalf with a black cloud of magic? That's what I think of when I think about the Cabal... we seem to fend them off, as Gandalf fended off Sauron, but then the Cabal rears back and strikes again with more force. Although Gandalf was overcome, we will not be... but we must be prepared for the constant thrusts of new evil as this battle is waged. Fauci is preparing the next narrative heading into flu season, and he is going to urge legislators to make decisions for us because we are astray. The pressure will mount. Stay strong. And, yes, I am a nerd and proud of it.
