Can anyone definitively report that the "horse paste" Ivermectin is o.k. for humans? I bought two tubes at Tractor Supply a few months ago, but am just holding it in case of severe covid symptoms (or looking like it might get severe if I don't take it). However, I have a somewhat compromised liver, and since "human grade" Ivermectin is somewhat harsh on livers, I worry that the unknown ingredients of the "horse paste" version could be even harder on my liver.
Take based on your weight in porportion to the directions for a horse on the tube, and you'll be fine.
I've taken three doses and am taking my fourth tomorrow.
A recent video I posted here the doctor said something like 4 billion doses taken had resulted in 2 deaths. There are people that have genetic abnormalities that it will kill. The odds of being a loser are longer than the odds of winning the lottery. The collie breeds have a similar or same issue due to their genetics ivermectin can result in death or serious injury if given to collies.
Well, I'm not a collie, so I can at least scratch that possibility off :) I haven't even looked at what the tubes say as far as ingredients go. I hope I don't need to find out if I'm either one of the rare genetic abnormality people, or just have some bad reaction, but I have it for last resort purposes. Thanks for the reply!
