Professor David Clements is the law professor at New Mexico State University, who was at the Lindell Symposium on election fraud. He has been battling the communists who run NMSU. They want to fire him because he refuses to consent to the face mask and vaxx mandates.
He is now saying that face mask and vaxx mandates are a violation of law, and promoting them are "deceptive trade practices" under the FTC.
Here is a general article:
Here is the letter he wrote to NMSU (we might want to use this legal theory ourselves):
Note: His letter includes A LOT of great scientific research that could also be used to refuse mask/vaxx.
GUISE ... READ THE LETTER !!!
It has TONS of legal and scientific foundations to stand upon if you are threatened with a mandate to wear a mask or take a vaxx.
This will apply EVERYWHERE.
If we start filing lawsuits for violations of law (or even just sending them demand letters) using the information that Clements lists in his letter ... WE WILL BREAK THEM ... and force them to stop the mandates.
I live in Las Cruces where NMSU is located. I noticed something very interesting but kind of subtle while entering one of our local WallyWorlds yesterday. While our governess has declared an indoor mask mandate, our local WM has not been enforcing it - they DID have a sign stating it was mandatory but no one there has said squat to either my wife or me about us not wearing them in the store since they enacted it three+ weeks ago. Yesterday, I noticed that the "Mandatory" sign was not there and the message they have playing was noticeably changed from stating that the mask was mandated to "please wear one if you live in an area of high covid cases as suggested by the CDC". About 10-15% of shoppers were not wearing the face-diaper. Maybe Walmart got the message.
I've also noticed one store that has a sign that says "mandatory," but no other stores do. Some have signs that say "recommended" or "please," but many do not have any signs at all.
Only this one does. And that store does not really do anything about it for those of us without the slave mask.
NM Pede?
OP stated Las Cruces where NMSU is located so I'd say that's a Yes?
