My son was getting very sick. A lot of kids in his school were also getting sick. Sore throat, dizzy, cough, runny nose, headache, fever etc. He was all sweaty. And said he couldnt smell stuff (that could have just been the snotty nose)
Gave him ivermectin, zinc and vit C.
Two hours later he came down from his room and said he was feeling mostly better. Today he only has a headache. How the fark can it work so well and fast. I am simply amazed. We all has Rona last year here in the house. Was this Rona, was it a regular flu? I dont know, but I have never seen someone get so much better so friggen fast. Like seriously. If it was the ivermection, people suppressing it need to find rope.
Not for nothing, but Influenza A & B are nothing to scoff at. Bigger killers than given credit for. DEADLY no doubt, killed my neighbor (but recorded as pneumonia, organ failure). Killed my dad (but he was revived). His diagnosis? Pneumonia. I asked Dr why he told me flu was the cause-his answer, it is ALWAYS the flu as primary cause, we just don't test anymore if there are co-morbidities... 5 yrs ago... Weaker variants of Influenza circulate annually (never stop, really) these are the seasonal flus we refer to...the real FLU is MORE DEADLY to more age groups than the rona
Adding: I got the swine in spring 2010. FML, It was awful, I was in the 30-50 age group getting ravaged...thank goodness I was very healthy and fit. The worse lasted 7 days, the "long" part close to 6 months (dry cough in mornings).
My daughter got the flu the winter before Covid hit. She was 3 and she was sooooooo sick! It was truly pitiful! We almost had to admit her to the hospital and she didn’t get off of the couch for 7 days, even with fever meds in her round the clock. It was scary and I never want to go through that again as a parent. Thankfully, Covid doesn’t seem to affect children the way the flu does. We all got Covid and it barely phased her.
She developed some massive immunity for the future too... Added to my swine flu...I haven't had ANYTHING like that since...no fluting general despite going thru major stress (mom cancer death, hubs alc recovery) Stress is a know contributor to weakening immune system
Glandular fever.
I think we call it "mono" Mononucleosis technically. It was not really recognized in the 80s when my mom searched for a reason why I went from 100% normal, to barely able to stay awake in class despite 10-12hrs sleep. After that, they tested my iron, I was anemic to boot...
