True it's a certain core of docs and nurses. My own daughter quit nursing just last week. She said it was scary bad

When the Affordable Care Act was coming some of us knew what that meant: it was the full corporatized shebang - all small practices gone over the next 5 years.
Here we are and it’s evolved into stomping out dissent and conformity over quality.
