Can 'We The People' Remove the Georgia Guidestones?

The ownership of the guidestones were given to Elbert County, Georia by the original man commissioned to construct them.

Could a petition with many names and a Gofundme to cover the costs be enough to take it down.....?

That would be an interesting (and awesome) We The People move...

FOIA request to see if proper taxes were paid to put it up, and find the original owner. Does it have (or need) any building permits? A fracking water cannon could be used to remove it if the construction is found to be in violation of building laws.
