Yup! They will say “you know what the protocol is and didn’t follow it so you’re the one that messed up. Not us higher ups and admins”. 🙄 Never mind the immense pressure that’s been put on healthcare workers to follow the narrative. I’m not excusing them for “just following orders” or following the perception that’s put out there of “say nothing, do nothing”. But some admin people better freaking go down with the ship and not just the lower rank and file people.
