You are correct. When I see it correctly, the building in the video is the Swiss federal parliament building (front) and the Swiss national bank HQ (left) in Bern (Swiss capital city). The square is called "Bundesplatz". https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/bern-covid-protest-turns-violent/46955544
