Yes. Something feels “on the edge”. Makes sense that God would be prompting our prayers because this is a spiritual battle being waged, so we don’t always see anything significant, but we can feel it. When my daughter was barely two she climbed into the hot tub that we had accidentally left open. She had enough words by then to tell me about “angels” fighting in the sky and Jesus coming down on our deck to get her out of the hot tub. Several months later she took the baby Jesus out of the Nativity at Christmastime, took Him to my mom and - touching the Baby’s hands and forehead, she said, “Baby owie hands, Baby owie head”. My mom was flabbergasted, but it confirmed my daughter had had a very real experience with the spiritual realm, and the angels fought for her when her life was in danger. They fight for us now, and our prayers support them in the battle.
