What form of magnesium do you take? I've found l-theonate to be the one that agrees with me the best. I've read varying data about calcium, and probably don't need much more since I eat dairy on a regular basis. I might have to check out the Super K--I get my K from Viactiv, which I take for the calcium. Been kinda worried about starting Z's protocol since it has 10,000 IU of D3 and then I get more from the Viactiv. I don't want to reach a toxic level.
But yeah, I agree completely about how taking supplements is a full-time job--the cool part is that you can tell pretty quickly if something doesn't agree with you and remove it from your protocol. Well, unless it kicks you into detox, in which case you feel like crap for a while. Quercitin has done that to me, for some reason, but since I've been taking that and NAC, it seems my constant insomnia is gone, and I've had that since I was a kid.
I just got my delivery of Liverwell NAC from Live Conscious...it's 15 mg zinc glycinate, 200 mcg selenium amino acid chelate, 80 mg silybin-sunflower lecithin formulation, 800mg N-acetyl cysteine, 100 mg alpha lipioc acid and no magnesium stearate or titanium oxide.
I actually just bought Dr. Mark Sircus's book "Transdermal Magnesium Therapy" and I am going to try Ancient Minerals magnesium chloride bath crystals as a spray. Yeah, I quit calcium. Also, I think they are recommending that vitamin D should be in the 50-70 range on a blood test so the 10,000 IU is not really much at all. Hard to hit toxicity. Again, there are some interesting books that discuss vitamin D that helped me understand it better. I found I feel really great on the covid protocol and will continue with everything but cut the Ivermectin down to once a week. This is all my opinion...I am NOT a doctor and would suggest you do your own study.
