I gave up drinking because of it. It only makes it worse. A vicious cycle.

I still drink occasionally, but pick up a bible or not, go spend some time in nature. You’ll remember what a beautiful world this is, and you will know that nothing can stop the order of things that was put in place at the beginning of our time. You my friend can sleep soundly knowing you have nothing to hide.

Or just start fixing stuff. Can’t find anything to fix? I don’t believe you but sure go to a friends house, fix something of theirs, they’ll love you for it.
