Why is he mentoring a young Russian adoptee fast tracked to lead the Transportation programs in Racine?

Did his role change from future mayor to leading transportation programs because you exposed the plot to groom him to be the next mayor? I assume him being involved with transportation issues has something to do with Kranz inc?

Yes, this helps keep him out of the spotlight and bolsters his credentials for carbon taxes and public housing and transportation programs.
