Felt like shit yesterday, headache, coughing shit up. Today, same- It's not dehydration.

Took horsepaste, zinc, vit d, vit c- We shall see what happens.

I suggest take two doses of ivo when you are feeling normal. Dose 1, 48 hrs dose 2. Let that deal with parasites and begin the prophylaxis process if that is your path.
