And who here is old enough, or at least worked long enough ago in a facility that used the early version of the internet, where you had to use a 40baud? modem for communication? I remember when I was re-learning Fortran, I tested a program to calculate pi out to a certain number of decimal places, on our "internet" (it wasn't called that) where our facility paid a big computer facility a very large amount per hour of computing time. When I ran the program, it ended up costing a couple of hundred dollars in computing time :) I quit using that system for such purposes after that :)
