They (whomever they are) are trying to destroy the entire healthcare infrastructure in order to federalize with lower cost delivery means.

Much like Law enforcement. People that think "defund the police" means to get rid of police are wrong. Its goal is to remove law enforcement from local governments and move it to a federal program all controlled by the Czars.
