Agreed. This shows the culture inside the FDA even if its at the ‘mailroom’ level.

Can one imagine how much worse it gets going to the top?

Exactly! Anyone with any amount of trust in the FDA would be disgusted. Nurses have to live by these crazy patient satisfaction standards. When the homeless guy complains he didn’t get a burger on his clear liquid diet, scores go down and we are chastised, if not fired. Yet, this…. I can’t!
