EDIT: Found another video that might be a good 7-minute watch as an intro to the subject:

LOL -- I just found a video on Youtube called "Germ Theory Denialism." Sound familiar?
ALL viruses.
Although I have heard of Germ Theory vs. Terrain Theory, for some reason it didn't really "click" as to how it could be that Terrain Theory was actually true and germ theory was in fact false.
But once you wrap your head around the argument, everything starts to make sense.
A few videos to check out. If this is true, it changes EVERYTHING in medicine!

SUMMARY:
Some of the videos are a few minutes, a few are around 20 minutes. Just over an hour for all. They each hit the topic from a slightly different angle. One of them includes Sherry Tenpenny and others doctors many here have heard.
In a nutshell, the idea is that Germ Theory is wrong. Germ Theory is what modern medicine is based on. Therefore, if it is wrong, then 90% of what doctors think they know is wrong, and most of the treatments they advocate are the wrong solutions. This would explain why health care in the modern world does not seem to improve much over time.
GERM THEORY -- Invented by Pasteur. He basically theorized that there are microscopic pathogenic germs floating around in the air, and if you breathe them in, you can get sick from them. You can also sneeze or otherwise pass them on to others. One thing to consider (not covered in the videos) is: Why do these germs suddenly become more prevalent in the "cold and flu season" than other times of the year? Even under this theory, we would have to conclude that things like fresh air, sunshine, and living healthy must help our health, and we lack some of that in the Winter. Also not in these videos is the claim that none of Pasteur's experiments ever supported his theory. But, the governments of the day liked it and supported it (sound familiar?). It is rumored that Pasteur himself said that his theory was wrong, before he died.
Germ theory is what almost all of modern medicine is based on.
TERRAIN THEORY -- At the same time that Pasteur was promoting germ theory, there were others, in particular Bechamp and Bernard, who were promoting a competing theory of sickness, called Terrain Theory. "Terrain" means the human body. This theory says that our own bodies have an innate ability to heal us when we get sick. We can get sick via bacteria, carcinogens, or other pathogens, but not viruses. What is thought of today as a "virus" is really just our body's response to a pathgen. We get a "cold" or "the flu" or a fever or headache or whatever because our body is trying to kill and expel these things from our body.
Eat healthy, get sunshine, get fresh air, get quality sleep, keep stress levels in check, and we generally stay healthy. If a foreign invader (not a "virus") gets into our body, our immune system responds to get rid of it. A part of this response are proteins that are created within our own bodies, and these are the things that germ theorists mistakenly call "virus."
With regard to Covid 19/SARS-CoV-2 specifically, the RNA sequence that is being looked at via the PCR methodology is actually just a part of our own human genome, specifically it is Chromosome 8.
Therefore, EVERYBODY has it. It becomes nothing more complicated than manipulating the number of PCR cycles to determine how many people will be "diagnosed" as positive or negative.
According to Terrain Theory, herpes is a detox. The body is unhealthy, and is trying to excrete toxins.
People CAN get something like herpes from others, according to Terrain Theory. This was the missing piece of the puzzle for me.
This detox makes people eject toxins from the body -- coughing, snot nose, herpes, these are all the body trying to detox to get healthy.
Other people in the vacinity (and no one is closer than during sex) can receive these toxins, but these are not "germs" that are independent things floating around in the air. Rather, they are pieces of the other person's body getting into your body (probably, another person's RNA proteins).
Your body, if it is not healthy (a "healthy terrain"), will then identify this invader and get rid of it, which can cause the same type of toxic ejection in your own body.
Again, I don't have a complete understanding of it, but this is the basic concept, AFAIK.
I've been on a year-long deep dive into this so if I forget something or cant reference something directly with a link or whatever, forgive me as I cant remember every last thing I've read or watched.
Bacteria dont spread either, its the toxins they release as "excrement" that can be toxic.
Due to the fact that the "soyence" of germ theory has taken the forefront for over 100 years and terrain theory has been ignored for so long, there are sooooo many things that havent been looked into at all, like the human body's natural EMF that may effect people in the vicinity. Like these soyentists cant explain why women who are very good friends and live together start to have their periods at the exact same time of the month over time. Theres more to it than just cells, but the research is basically non-existent so people like me, who truly believe in terrain theory as the REAL explanation (until something comes around to legitimately debunk it, not lie and scam people like Robert Koch and Louis Pasteur and Virchow did), it makes it difficult to explain to others without being laughed at.
The best researcher i can actually think of on this is Robert Young.
https://www.drrobertyoung.com/
I dont know about his alkaline diet stuff, BUT he has done a lot of research on all of this, and he posts blog entries periodically explaining his research. I'd say take a look at his blog (he also did some scary research on whats in the jabs, and he published ALL of his methods so his process can be replicated).
Another person to look into is Tom Cowan. He focuses more on the heart, but he has been doing his own research on water and the natural radio waves or whatever the body produces. Look through his webinars (he tends to keep them to an hour long) and watch some of them that dont have anything to do with convaids.
