If you constantly put out shocking news, it tends to desensitize people. So, you put in a breather to let people relax. It also serves as a contrast to the previous and subsequent release and let's people realize how shocking the news release was or will be.

I think this release is like a palate cleanser that helps you reset after watching the first one
