That’s the only communication? I’m not angry, but stop and sit with that statement for a second.

Virtual connections are fake. It sucks but it’s true. Hard delete the account and make some calls to your friends to actually talk. You’ll be surprised who might actually reach out and call you. You might be more surprised which “friends” never reach out.

It’s honestly liberating.
