Here's what I have short and to the point? Thoughts?
Spiritual basis for vaccination objection.
I hold a sincere spiritual belief that my creator endowed me with the right to embrace or refuse anything that someone else wants to put into my body. My body is my temple and your mandate on this vaccine is a violation of my spiritual beliefs.
"It is against my religious beliefs to have this drug injected into my body."
I wrote up a long elaborate letter explaining why and then in the end I ended up submitting the last sentence stating I have a strongly held religious belief in not injecting myself with any man made vaccine especially those with aborted fetal cells. I am permitted this exception under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. I also put NA for the pastors info… I submitted it at the end of the day on their deadline and they approved it in 5 minutes.
Don’t put a target on your back, say as few words as possible.
Agreed. Fewer words give less room for argument.

My body, my choice is about as spiritual as it gets.
My employer just sent the religious exemption "forms" and they're asking on one of the forms for some preacher/pastor/priest/pope to attest to my church-going. Isn't that illegal to ask? Who decides how many visits is the right amount? Do they have a phone line to God? I mean, what fascists.
How often you go to church has nothing to do with your spiritual beliefs and they have no right to ask. Fascists is right!
I thought so too. Who decides? The religion tzar?
You may safely ignore that request for attestation.
Thank you, I will. I like the idea of writing N/A.

Yes. Put a line through it.
Thank you, I will!
I realize your sense of urgency and limited options, but the legal grounds for refusing vaccine are clear and self-evident and should be pursued.
it seems unfair to have to fight for incontrovertible legal and lawful rights, but that is really what is at stake.
no vaccine currently available has been approved under FDA. Comirnaty is "legally distinct" from the Pfizer EUA 'vaccine'; the others are not approved.
informed consent described in the EUA statue affirms your participation is voluntary. you have the right of refusal. you do not have to give a reason.
based on the informed consent requirement of the EUA products currently available to you, you have decided you do not give consent to this medical treatment at this time.
I recently wrote a very brief religious exemption request for a large local hospital network, and it got approved.
I used the information about the use of aborted fetal cell lines in the development of the vax. I then quoted the First Amendment, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the EEOC guidance about reasonable accommodations, AND I reminded them that they have been reasonably accommodating and protecting their employees until the mandate, so there is no reason they can't carry on doing it.
I did not mention what religion it was, I didn't quote the Bible, and I didn't provide any other information. Keep it short and remind THEM of YOUR rights.
Who is the objection being given to?
Local school system. My wife is a para.
