We should be using machine gun emplacements, landmines, drone strikes, any means necessary to stop the flow of enemy combatants into our country.

Yep, a hundred yard buffer zone, heavily mined with Bouncing Betties that stretches the whole length of both borders. If anyone makes it yhur alive AND unharmed, then they can stay.
