Yup. In no world do we allow you to keep something you stole. Just because it doesn't have a remedy outlined doesn't mean you just get away with it

There's a reason that certain states have been allowing people to steal x amount of merchandise from stores without a darned thing being done about it. They're trying to normalize theft.
