Consider this possibility:

Canvass audits are happening in multiple states. Bannon had the AZ canvassing person on last week. Lindell is calling for audits in all states. Lindell has been meeting with AG's in Missouri, TX and elsewhere -- friendly states. Fraud happened in all states at all levels - House and Senate too.

DOJ is threatening states for doing canvass, but like the TX, abortion bill, it's the citizens who are undertaking the effort to do a canvass, or sue an abortion doctor, not a State or government entity. One is not prohibited from campaigning door to door as a citizen for a political purpose -or collecting data for a political purpose. DOJ have no standing to sue and prosecute citizen's for taking this action. USSC upholding citizen intiative in TX was a ground breaker in many ways.

OK, say you audit TX and find out that 3 (D) seats were wrongfully seated. Go do the same in FL, pick up 3 more. Go elsewhere and do the same. The balance in the House changes with just 3 seats. This means Pelosi has not been serving as Speaker legitimately in 2021. Everything she did is instantly void - including Trump's 2nd "impeachment."

Legitimacy of the electoral flips an be backed up by US Space Force data.

With (R)'s in power House can choose a Speaker. Trump has met with McCarthy and McCarthy is on the team. What if the House chooses Trump as Speaker? Dem agenda is dead in tracks. May be that Senate flips too with GA and AZ especially in play, MI too. If so, the gun Schumer has to the head of the USSC goes away. USSC can act more freely.

Trump initiates investigations of the like of Schiff, AOC, Omar, Tlaib, etc with newly seated GOP committee chairmen. (D)s hemorrhage, resign to avoid prosecution in the House. Trump flips the whole thing and initiates impeachment of Biden and Harris (not that he has to - Trump is actually still President, but stay with me here). Rocket docket impeachment as quickly as they impeached Trump the 2nd time. Here's where the full disclosure of electoral fraud finally makes it to trial.

Outcome - Trump is President either way because he is Speaker moves up, or because his election is singularly the one shown to have been absolutely stolen as a result of the trial in the Senate.

Of course electoral fraud points fingers straight at every House seat and 1/3 of Senate members. Who is sitting in office legitimately? If Biden and Harris are impeached and convicted Trump becomes President automatically. If the House is dissolved, because no one can prove they were legitimately seated, a re-election can take place, or the rightful winners can be seated on the basis of the US Space Force data.

Now let states start decertifying at the Presidential level. Icing on the cake. Biden's EC count drops below 270 with decrt of AZ, GA, and WI (we have PA in the back pocket for good measure) -- forensic audits are already authorized for WI and PA. What this means is that Trump has a third avenue for re-ascension: send the Presidential election to the states. (R)'s already control 27 legislatures outright. (R) Majority guaranteed. Trump is back.

Never ultimately have to rely on a ruling by the USSC, or the military. The grass roots fixes this.
