Thank you all for your kind words and scripture that has lifted me. God will win. I have found the fear is me questioning if i'm Christian enough.
While I’m glad you take solace in it, the looming debt ceiling is another chunk taken out of me after losing my business to this covid bullshit.
Im sorry, you do have a larger problem then me. God bless and you are in my prayers too.
Of course you're not. Fortunately he's the Good Shepherd who searches for us when we go astray, and the good father of the prodigal son who takes us back as soon as we're willing. Be willing and ask for the help and you will have it. (source: extensive experience as stray and prodigal)
I think that is some great insight into yourself. Half of the battle is identifying your fear - I think that has been a big issue for many during this crisis - the person who is screaming for mandates may have a deeper issue - it may be 'if I don't get vaxxed, I will lose my job and won't be able to care for my family.' Rejection. Isolation. It is hard to recognize our own fears because we are supposed to be adults, not little kids. Kids are at least honest with themselves.
