You've failed the reading comprehension portion of the audit report. It actually said:

The evidence of fraudulent ballot adjudication has been criminally and intentionally erased, and also criminally and intentionally withheld. 2) There is incontrovertible evidence that fraudulent ballots were used and Jovan Pulitzer isn't done analyzing them at the time of this report.
