But he did say this “It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November. That is not a conspiracy theory. It's true.”

I do NOT intend to defend a man such as him if what you're saying is accurate but this is new information to me honestly. I need too look into it more,
