Why would that be the only thing in the cabinet holding a flag, it's more than just a gift.

So something about China and US and possibly Russia given that the dog is a Siberian husky.

I am guessing that shifts Russian operative is willing to talk to China because he's been backed into a corner regarding climate change I could be all wrong but that's what the comms look like to me.
