They will have to only identify one person, and put serious pressure on that person to turn in the others. No one should get a break for information or giving up names. The person that can fry is the admin person who gave up their password for access to the computer/server so data could be erased. I have read, on this website, that the data can be recovered, if that is the case they may not need to pressure anyone and they can hang them all. The expert testified that identification will be difficult, but they can view video of who was on the computer during the time stamped on what they captured of data being erased.
