Isn't this when MSM releases things it doesn't want people to see? Why wouldn't they release it on a Monday or Tuesday during Prime Time when most people are watching news and have the rest of the week to see follow up reporting? When MSM wants to bury news it releases it on a Friday knowing that less people are watching. Makes no sense to me.

Because they are not going to do anything about it as a result..imo it will just be swept under the rug...The cyber ninja recommendations are all forward looking, not corrective for 2020.
I used to manage an audit department. Audits are always forward looking, as in here are the problems we found in your system/process and here are our recommended solutions. Audits are not about punishment, nor or they about correcting history. The audits can provide a basis for punishment, which in this case requires prosecution by the AG. Correcting history falls under the auspices of the AZ senate, i.e. decertifying the election based on the audit results.
That is correct.
The decision makers are the state AG and Arizona House/Senate regarding what they will do.
