She didn't. She said she would forward all findings to the AG who will then decide if any criminal probes are necessary. The evidence destruction part is pretty damning. Other then that, it sounded like Maricopa county cleaned out all the evidence, except evidence of evidence destruction.
If you watched the audit, that is definitely not what was revealed. Tens of thousands of fraudulent ballots were found.

What was revealed is different from what she said. What was revealed indeed was tens of thousands of fraudulent ballots. But she never requested a criminal probe. She said it was up to the AG's discretion. The letter she sent and tweeted was a bit more direct and highlighted the concerns implying a criminal probe, but was never directly said.
Anyway, it's not her job to decide whether a criminal probe is needed. It's up to the AG.
