She had a number of spelling/grammatical errors. Not a huge deal but if you want to look professional and intelligent regarding something as important as this....i mean, come on maaaaaaan.
As the official Spelling Karen here, I have to tell you there are a lot of intelligent, capable people out there who were never taught how to spell or proper grammar and punctuation. Our public schools have been intellectual sloughs of despond for a long, long time. There's a lot that has be fixed.
Amen, Harkk. I'm an author, and one of the best reviews I ever received for my first novel was a woman who complimented me on my "beautiful prose, syntax, and not a single misspelling or improper use of grammar that I could find."
Absolutely. Nothing like getting all cozy, settling down into a story and being slapped back to reality with the cold, wet fish of a misspelled word. What a really nice review!

Too religious. I don't think the symbolism is that hard in itself, but it couldn't be discussed without tenets of Christianity.
I take it you folks haven't met many doctors or engineers? Some of the smartest people I know can't spell or use proper grammar. Just sayin'...
