They never said which ballots were faked. They hinted that there was something there, but held back what it was.
The last speaker laid out the legal case: MC broke the law, in a big way, and there is no way to sort it out because they are obstructing justice.

A straight forward explanation of the facts they found really was the best route to go now it looks less biased.Facts not feelings. They have now done 1/2 the work for the AG to get in there and charge people with crimes. Also proves the need for election reform.
There is supposed to be a chain of custody for every ballot. No, you can't link a ballot to a voter, but you should be able to know where the ballot came from, who let it in, etc... Those records are not given!
Now that evidence of [potential] criminal activity has been formally presented, I expect to see new requests made to obtain the evidence that has been withheld by the county. If the county continues to withhold that evidence, I expect formal obstruction of justice charges to be filed shortly thereafter.
