Special paper was the only legal paper to use. Whoever was in charge of giving that paper to the counties to use for printing ballots did not give it to them. Counties used their own paper, which was no authorized paper.

ALL ballots were illegal.

He dropped this along with Patrick Byrne on their Zoom call posted on GAW.
