What a fabulously stated topic question.

I'm in that super brain fog that comes from sleeping in and then hardwaking in the middle of an awesome dream, so the answer seems crystal clear to me:

Private corporate leadership, through the combined pressures of stock holders, insurers, lawfare and socially driven zeitgeist droning has FAILED.

We are no longer governed by Human Beings with Common Sense, but some hysterical vibrational energy - almost like a virus - that is trying to lead this whole magnificent herd of us off a cliff.

If I was forced to put my finger on a single Actor it'd be the Media. The toxic sludge feeding it all is ultimately "The Internet". Time for a watershed moment in how we interact with technology for worse (transhumanism) or Better (Awakening).
