hammer is "based" apparently by his past behaviors and this tweet which means his tweets aren't reaching the people that need red pilling. these posts are fun but they shouldn't have to require research for me to consider it for my arsenal next time I'm talking to a normie that's in to rap, for example. if the goal was to get all us frens excited that he twatted this I just don't see the value except for a little uplifting
OP is regular I know and sound, I just think this goes in the same box as memes which are great and all, but they also typically don't require research to see what audience is on the other end of a tweet
This is interesting to me because it’s an extremely famous celebrity who is confirming that there is a “deal” that is offered, and warning that anyone who wants to be famous will be offered the deal in order to get what they want. No doubt hammer was at very tip top of the fame game in his prime, this would be like Jayz saying this. I like the confirmation
I hear that when you say it that way for those seeing this as a confirmation. I'm just past needing that confirmation I guess and felt it was common knowledge in these circles that famous and rich folks like Bezos, Zuckerberg, Jay Z all are well aware that they best do as their told or they will be ruined by the real powers of the world.
this is a great verse from an Aaron Lewis song that equates to what Hammer is saying albeit Aaron is a less famous musician around the world I imagine (and there's a reason for that !)...from his song Country Boy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsQzw_Ax8Cw):
Now, its been twelve years since I sold my soul to the devil in L.A.
He said sign your name here on the dotted line and your songs, they all will play
He set up shop on Sunset, he put me up at the Marquee
He said "you want to sell a million records boy, you better listen to me"
He said "change your style, whiten your smile, you can lose a couple of pounds
If you want to live this life, you better lose that wife, do you need your friends around?"
That’s a damn good song!
There’s many country music songs similar to this topic. They are geared more to the Nashville selling out to pop artist. Record companies selling out, etc. Summary, outlaw country isn’t popular to the people making deals because those artists don’t bend over to their rules.
Article listing songs as far back as Waylon Jennings.
If you don’t you didn’t figure it out. This has nothing to do with drummer and everything to do with Hammer.
i'm interested in things that move the needle.
