In order to prove Biden committed treason you would need direct proof that he was involved in a conspiracy to commit fraud to steal the presidency. That would be very unlikely.
If AZ decertifies the election either through the Legislature (unlikely because of the razor thin majority) or more likely through the courts (still highly unlikely). This would create a Constitutional crisis with a ripple effect to trigger more states to investigate and or audit. It could come down to a special election or Congress voting for President with one vote per state.

Hillary Clinton issued an order to Biden (on twitter) prior to the election to "not concede under any circumstances." So if HRC is connected to any election rigging, Biden is already tied in with her as a co-conspirator. It will give a new meaning to the tag line "I'm with her."

AZ might be able to decertify without criminal charges being filed, but I expect more detailed proof of election rigging will be needed to actually decertify. That detailed proof may happen when Jovan P. presents his portion of the audit in a few weeks. But I don't expect anything major before that happens.

No but more than 3000 states have been shown that an algorithm based on the 2010 census ran their machines so the process won't be as drawn out.
