When stupidity meets ignorance. The same National Guard who are facing forced vaccination, many of whom will refuse and take the risk of being discharged for it.

When the forces are stripped of manpower, NY will not be getting help.

She's retarded to think she'll solve her illegal mandate effect using an equally illegal infrastructure that faces the exact same problem she caused.
