This is impressive hopium here. My marine friend is 100% confident the Space Force will start doing things in October. And he thinks that Q is a pipe dream.
I think the upcoming government shutdown / debt ceiling could be a trigger... what if enough of the GOP senators / Mitch McTurtle are somehow beholden not to approve any budget?? What if Team Q has control over them?
In a matter of a few weeks, it would cripple the government & economy. No functioning government = trigger for Devolution. If Washington D.C. is not funded, it might as well not exist.

I've been thinking that "On POTUS's order" refers to Joebama thinking that initiating military control will stop the Storm, only to find out later that the Devolution operatives are Trump loyalists.
